I fry them in the same pan where the onions were. Eggplants should be fried in the same way until tender and at the very end add a little black pepper and dry garlic.
You can use any boiled meat in this salad, I have chicken today, it will be very interesting with beef. The meat must be disassembled into fibers.

As a dressing, you can use a little mayonnaise or sour cream mixed with mustard. The most important thing is not to overdo it with the dressing, so that the salad does not turn out to be greasy.
