Zraza is a cutlet with a surprise (in this case, the surprise is an egg with onions). Mmm!!! How delicious! They are easy to prepare. And they look festive and dignified on the table!
Ingredients: Ground beef, Onion, Eggs, Bread, Milk, Vegetable oil, Salt, Ground black pepper
Cooking method:
Boil 3 eggs, finely chop.
Finely chop the onion, fry until golden brown. Mix onion and eggs, salt.
Soak the baguette in milk.
Then squeeze the baguette a little, put it in minced meat, salt, pepper, add the egg, mix thoroughly. Now it is very important to beat the minced meat until it becomes homogeneous. Then the zrazy will not break when cooking.
Next, we form a cake from minced meat. I did it on a plastic bag. Put the egg and onion filling in the center of the cake.
We wrap the filling in minced meat and form a cutlet (zrazu). To make it easier to do this, I used a plastic bag.
We finally form it with our hands and put it in a greased form with vegetable oil, seam down. You can roll zrazy in breadcrumbs. I didn't. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
We put the form in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes.
