But all in order.
Breakfast Saturday - two sandwiches in the home wholemeal bread (60 g) with fish pate (30 g) and home squash caviar (50 g). And low fat cheese (25 g) of green tea.

Capsule vitamins and omega - 3 did not forget to drink for breakfast.

Waiting for the guests, we went across the crowd in the country, in the woods. Saturday the weather was not going to please, but no rain and this thank you! And in good company and coolness after a heat that was - in joy.
Nature cook meat on the grill (kebab of beef and chicken) - all day (lunch and dinner is in the nature), I ate 2 small beef and one chicken. And a lot of vegetables and meat just pita.
Calories do not count, but if you try to count, I think that would be even less than 1300 kcal per day.
Even in those days, you can stay within your calories and do not overeat. Although chitmily has not been canceled and to please yourself than it is necessary a couple of times a month. Sunday promised to be even warmer and the sun in the morning sometimes pleasing to the eye.
