Cooking method:
Fry finely chopped onions in a frying pan and add grated carrots. cut the chicken fillet into a small square and add to the onions and carrots. Fry for 10 minutes. Then add bell pepper, cut into small cubes, you can take multi-colored, hot peppers (optional), tomato paste, water, salt and spices. Stir and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat. Add garlic and herbs. Mix and the filling is ready!
My lavash is thin, I folded one big one in two. We spread the filling, corn and sprinkle with cheese. We roll up like a shawarma. Put on a baking sheet (cover with parchment). Lubricate with yolk and sprinkle with cheese. We send to bake until crusty at a temperature of 170-180 degrees. I got three big ones, you can certainly do smaller ones.
