Lightly salted red fish I love very much and often I salt itself. I have a recipe proven over the years that never twitched. Fish get delicious!
For this recipe I Salts any red fish.
A few days ago we bought a great chum. And it is not as expensive as the salmon and trout, but no less delicious.
And I decided to pickle fish all at once.
It can be used to make sandwiches and roulette in greens with cucumbers. It can be used as a filling in ovsyanobline.
I love how the sandwiches with a red fish and a lightweight version - to put cucumber slices fish (cucumber can lubricate the curd cheese). Options - many, so let salting fish!
The fish was my weight is 1.7 kg.
I needed: salt, sugar, sweet pepper and lemon juice (the number of products per 1 kg of fish found at the end of the article).
I cut the fish in the reservoirs by removing the ridge.
Mix the salt and sugar.
Fish packed in a large container (I got 2 layers), pour a mixture of salt and sugar, add peas allspice and sprinkling with lemon juice (to make sure the bones of lemon do not fall in fish).
I removed in the refrigerator overnight.
Morning pulled out of the refrigerator. The container turned out kind of marinade.
I transferred the fish from the lower layers to the top, to the one that was at the top is good too soaked with marinade and put into the refrigerator until the evening.
In the evening, he merged all the marinade. Our fish is ready!

1 kg of fresh fish (to get direct solenenkaya) necessary:
- 3 tbsp of salt and 1 tbsp sugar.
- 5 peas allspice
- quartered lemon.
If you want salted fish - take 2 tablespoons of salt per 1 kg of fish.
