Something I just thought that for almost a year on this site I had not made cutlets, when I saw one recipe, it pushed me to cook minced meat dishes. This is a slice of bread, and minced meat is smeared on top of it, it is fried. I’ll explain, because it’s not visible in the photo... 😜 It turns out something like a sandwich or a hamburger. Ingredients: Minced meat, I have ready-made homemade Samson, Egg, Potatoes, Onions, Garlic, Salt, pepper, Lump bread, I have gray and black, for contrast is better white, Refined sunflower oil for frying, Pieces of sun-dried tomatoes, pickled or pickled cucumbers, Greens if desired for decorations
Cooking method:
We take minced meat, I have 400 gr, add 1 egg there.
Finely chop the onions and garlic, crush the garlic with a knife or a garlic press. I had very little garlic, I used the leftovers.
Peel and grate the potatoes, squeeze out the water.
Add onions, garlic and grated potatoes to the minced meat.
Salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything with a spoon and hand.
Cut the pieces of bread in half. If they are rectangles, then they can be cut into triangles. I used both soft bran Zelenaya Line Toaster bread and hard black bread.
Spread the minced meat on slices of bread.
And now the easiest thing is to fry in heated refined sunflower oil on one side, where the minced meat is. But I fried a little soft pieces with bran and, on the other hand, there was no more oil.
Minced meat sandwiches are ready! You can put slices of sun-dried tomatoes, pickled or pickled cucumbers on top.
