Ingredients: Chicken, Lemon, Chicken Seasoning, Smoky Paprika, Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Quince, Vegetable Oil, Butter, Salt

Cooking method:

Rinse and dry the chicken carcass well with napkins. Mix vegetable oil with spices, salt, lemon zest, grated on a fine grater, and lemon juice. Marinate for 2-3 hours, or you can leave it overnight or in the refrigerator for a day.

Wash the quince, peel it, cut into wedges and brush with small pieces of butter. Stuff the pickled carcass with quince, tie the legs and grease with a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream. Spread the quince around the carcass.

Put the form with the carcass in the oven preheated to 200 ° C at the rate of 40 minutes. for each kg of weight plus 10-15 min. for browning using the grill, if the carcass does not brown during the roasting process.
