Let me remind you that I'm losing weight with 132.2 kg (terrible figure) from May 2018.
Today I decided to write this article as a small subtotal done my job. And to collect a series of photos together to be visible progress since May 2018 and the present.

For myself, I chose the path of weight loss on okoloPP with a deficit of calories.
I do not suffer HLS dependence, not afraid products that are unfairly hurt by some supposedly followers of proper nutrition.
I eat potatoes, pasta, bananas, bread, butter, sour cream, chocolate and many other products, of course, in reasonable amounts. I Salts food.
In my present diet of pastry, which I try to prepare for less high-calorie recipes.
That's how I looked at the beginning of September 2018.
I refused to sugar in its pure form, fast food, mayonnaise, sausages, fatty meats, sweets and high-calorie confectionaries. Products I cook, carcass, bake or fry in a nonstick frying pan (in a pinch with a drop of olive oil).
I eat delicious and satisfying! At least tasty for me, because it is tasty - all in different ways.

Of course, getting the weight flew rapidly 5-6 kg per month. At the same time I did not starve, I have found for myself favorite low-calorie dishes, and my diet I was completely satisfied.
Everyone knows that the more weight on top - the easier it goes. Six months later, the weight began to leave serious but stable at 3 kg per month.
April 2019:
Currently I even harder to say goodbye to excess weight. After the plateau, the body was reconstructed and in any does not want to say goodbye with more than 400 g per week.
It left me lose another extra 10 - 15 kg, if you focus on the BMI (body mass index). If I lose another 10 kg to 75 kg, my BMI is at the upper limit of normal. In any case, I will be guided ultimately at his reflection in the mirror and feel.

Currently my weight is 85 kg of a penny.
And then I will continue to lose weight on a calorie deficit, as far as possible to engage in outdoor activities (hiking, biking, swimming in the warm season, exercise at home).
And most importantly, when I reach my desired weight, I will continue to eat it on okoloPP by removing the deficit and maintaining its norm.
