I saw the video and decided to cook such a dish. Pieces of pork were already chopped, frozen and of course not a carbonate, and probably only 300 g. And the pieces are of different sizes, but this is not so important. Cooked, baked. And yet I prefer meat under a fur coat of not grated potatoes.

Ingredients: pork (chop), potatoes (6-7 pcs), onions (2 pcs), pickled cucumbers (3 pcs), Potato Pouring:, cream (20-25%), soft processed cheese, egg, salt, red paprika, Meat marinade:, mayonnaise (2 tablespoons), salt, granulated garlic, mixture of peppers, teriyaki sauce (1 pack) or 100 g soy sauce + 1 tablespoon lemon juice, Grated cheese

Cooking method:

Mix everything that has been prepared for the marinade. Cut the meat into portions, beat off and pour over the marinade, mix thoroughly. Grate potatoes in Korean style in short cubes. Pour boiling water over for 10-15 minutes. Can be brought to a boil and poured into a colander. Allow water to drain. Combine cream, melting cheese, egg, salt, paprika in a bowl. Transfer the potatoes to the filling, stir. Finely chop the onion and cucumbers.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, put the meat (you can in portions). For each piece of meat, put 1 tbsp. a spoonful of cucumbers with onions, 2-3 tablespoons of potatoes. Put to bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees without convection for 30 minutes. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and send to bake until golden brown (about 25 minutes). You can also serve without a side dish.
