Preparation:
We mix kefir, liquid honey and salt. If the honey is thick (candied), then it can be slightly warmed up to melt. Pour semolina with the resulting mixture, mix and leave for 3 hours. It is possible at night if you plan to cook this manna for breakfast.
Then add baking soda, eggs, melted butter. If desired, add raisins, nuts, dried apricots, candied fruits, berries, etc. to the dough.
Lubricate the mold with butter, spread the dough and bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 30-40 minutes. Grease the hot manna with a piece of butter on top, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
Please note: there is no sugar in the manna! It is replaced by honey. If honey is not enough for your taste, then add a little sugar.
