Preparation:

For this dish, you can take whole pink salmon and cut into pieces, or you can fillet. Salt the fish, pepper to taste and put in a greased baking dish.

Mix sour cream and a little cheese (1 tablespoon approximately). You can add some herbs, spices or garlic. Instead of sour cream, you can use cream or mayonnaise. Pour pink salmon with the resulting sauce.

Put the tomatoes on top, cut into slices, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at a temperature of 170-180 degrees. Pink salmon is cooked for about 30 minutes. The exact cooking time depends on the size of the pieces and your oven.

Pink salmon turns out to be juicy, tasty, serve it with any side dish and vegetable salad.
