Aromatic breading first. In a blender I grind the bread, a couple of garlic cloves and a little oil. I spread it on a baking sheet and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 8-10 minutes (just lightly brown).

Now the minced meat. You can use a meat grinder, but I also grind everything in a blender. Chicken fillet, some raw potatoes and onions.

I boiled the rest of the potatoes in their skins beforehand.

I make mashed potatoes from it and add to chopped meat with onions. Here are the eggs, herbs and spices. I stir it.

With wet hands I form cutlets and roll them in the prepared breading.

I fry cutlets over low heat in vegetable oil. I steam it under the lid.

And that's it! You can serve. You don't even need a side dish here! Very tasty and very aromatic cutlets are obtained. No one has yet realized that there is only 300 g of minced meat in them!
