Vegetable salad with avocado and shrimps

Ingredients: Shrimp (large), Garlic, Lettuce, Avocado, Cherry Tomatoes, Daikon (small), Bulgarian pepper, Celery, Green onions, Dressing:, Olive oil, Lemon, French mustard, Salt, pepper

Cooking method:

Prepare ingredients. Peel the avocado, cut into thin slices. Peel and grate the daikon for Korean carrots.

Cut the bell pepper into strips. In a hot frying pan in a spoonful of olive oil, fry the chopped garlic for 1 minute. Throw out the garlic and add the shrimp to the garlic oil, fry for 1-2 minutes on both sides. Cool, clean.

Cut cherry tomatoes in half, celery slices, tear lettuce leaves, add to salad. Prepare the dressing: juice of half a lemon, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mustard. Pour the dressing over the salad. Season with salt and pepper, if necessary, and mix gently.

Place in a salad bowl, sprinkle with chopped green onions and shrimp. Bon Appetit!
