Pink salmon stewed with vegetables in soy sauce with basmati rice garnish is a very tasty and satisfying dish that everyone will like! Basmati rice is an excellent side dish that is distinguished by its excellent flavor and aroma, reminiscent of the aroma of nuts. In combination with juicy and tender pink salmon, it turns out just fine!
Ingredients: Garnish:, Basmati brown rice, Water, Salt, Fish:, Pink salmon, Soy sauce, Water, Garlic, Onion, Carrots, Sugar
Cooking method:
To shorten the cooking time, soak basmati rice in water for 20-30 minutes.
Then drain the water and rinse the rice well under running water.
Transfer the rice to a thick-walled pan with water, salt to taste and cook for 10-15 minutes until tender.
Cut the onions into half rings.
Carrots - straws.
Fry onions and carrots in a pan until golden brown.
Then add two cloves of minced garlic and fry for about 1 minute.
Cut the fish into portions and season to taste. Salting the fish is not necessary, since we will cook it in soy sauce, and soy sauce itself is quite salty.
Put pink salmon in a frying pan with vegetables, add soy sauce, sugar, and water. Bring the dish to a boil, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes until tender.
