Ingredients: pasta (I have horns, it doesn't matter! Other pasta options are also suitable, preferably from durum wheat), milk, cream cheese, dill twigs, lightly salted trout (salmon, pink salmon are also suitable), salt, pepper
Cooking method:
Put the pot of water on the stove.
While the water is boiling, pour milk into a saucepan and put cream cheese there. Mix well with a whisk and put on low heat, bring to a boil (the sauce thickens a little).
Cut the fish into cubes. She will go to hot ready-made creamy sauce before serving!
Boil the pasta in salted water until it is al dente.
As soon as the pasta is ready, drain the water and send the fish to the creamy sauce to warm up for just a minute or two, salt and pepper to taste.
