Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 46 kg.

Do not lose me?) But I decided to give himself not just a day off in nature, but also the output from the computer and other things.

On Saturday, there have been attempts, of course, all the usual photograph. But in the evening, even I forgot about everything. And about counting calories, and about photography. In general, to have a full day!

But I tried not to deviate from okoloPP.

Breakfast was the usual principle, like most of my breakfast - sandwiches on whole grain bread. But lunch and dinner were held outdoors.

Meat was beef and turkey and many vegetables.

On Sunday I tried to re-enter the normal mode. However, the weather is nice, relaxed state of rest, a little knocked me out of the way.

Sunday breakfast consisted of sandwiches on rye bread (65g) with butter (10 g) and caviar carp (35 g) and with cheese (35g).

Like in the photo it seems - already 4 sandwiches! But in fact, they are so small (because of the shape of bread). I even thought that I'm not really ate for breakfast. Therefore, the green tea then added 15 g of chocolate 75%.

For breakfast, do not forget to drink Vitaminka.

Breakfast is turned on 505 kcal. Not ate, and calories that th th taking into account the chocolate).

After breakfast, taking advantage of good weather - not very hot, but sunny and warm, we decided to ride a bike and at the same time a little sunbathing on our career.

Here I was a child in the fresh air an appetite. Knowing this about myself, I took a few apples (240 g) and 30 g of rye bran - 200 kcal.

I get a little vitamin D, let's go home in time for dinner.

For lunch cooked spaghetti from durum wheat (150 g as a finished product). And well, when left after a picnic snacks that can be warm and eat the next day. So I have been to spaghetti, 110 g of turkey sausages. Small cucumber added dinner.

Total lunch turned 310 kcal.

After dinner, we wanted to go back to the water, but it turned out that in such a short time had a little burnt. Stayed home to rest.

For dinner, I had not so much calorie free and decided to make a light salad of tomatoes (120 g and cucumber (130 g), filled with 10% cream (25 g) and add to a salad some fish (salmon 120g), also remaining after yesterday picnic.

Total dinner 230 kcal.

The day came in 1245 kcal.

Drink water rate why that did not happen, although I tried.
