Chicken baked with oranges

Unusually, juicy, delicious and beautiful!

Ingredients:

Chicken - 2 whole carcasses;
Fresh Garlic - 2 cloves;
onions - 2 pcs .;
medium oranges - 2 pcs.
For the marinade:
Cooking with mustard grains - 2 tbsp. l .;
olive oil - 3 tbsp. l .;
Lemon juice - 80 ml;
sugar - 3 hours. l .;
Salt - 1/2 hours. l .;
liquid honey - 100 ml;
orange peppers (or black) - 1/2 hours. l .;
Dried orange peel - 1 pinch;
cumin - 1/2 hours. l .;
Turmeric powder - 1/2 hours. l .;
coriander - 1/2 hours. l .;

Preparation:

1. For the marinade mix all ingredients in a separate bowl.
If honey is sugar, or just a thick, heat it in a water bath or in a microwave oven - becomes liquid.

2. Chickens cut into pieces. Vystelit baking parchment or lightly grease with vegetable oil.

3. Drizzle the marinade the chicken pieces to cut, you can rub your hands to the marinade soaked meat.
Remove an hour in the cold, so that the chicken is well marinated.

4. Oven heated to 180-190 degrees.

5. Garlic cleaned, cut into small pieces (you can rub on a grater or passed through the press).


Sprinkle garlic bird. Cut into large pieces of onion, spread over the meat.

6. Oranges wash, cut into thin slices.
Coat chicken pieces with oranges.

Send a baking sheet in the oven.
Bake for one hour.

7. Oranges can burn slightly, it's not scary. During baking, you can open the oven and watering chicken with orange marinade from the pan.

8. An hour later, remove the chicken from the oven.

Liberated juice can be used for watering side dishes (such as boiled rice or mashed potatoes).

Serve the dish to the table hot.
