I put the chicken fillet in a bowl, salt, add spices (I have a ready-made mixture of spices for chicken) and a little oil (about a tablespoon). I stir. And I leave it for 10 minutes.
At this time, I cut vegetables and mushrooms. I never measure the exact amount of vegetables. Everything is approximately)) What vegetables are there - I add those.
I put it in a bowl, add salt, pepper, aromatic herbs and also a little oil so that the spices "open up". I stir.
I fry the chicken fillet over high heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side. No oil! In a dry frying pan. You just need a crust to form.
Now I put prepared vegetables here. And I put the pan in the oven (I take off the handle). If the pan does not have a removable handle, you can put it all in a baking dish. Oven temperature 180 degrees.
Serve in 20-25 minutes! The chicken turns out to be juicy and aromatic. The vegetables are completely ready. This is delicious!
