I cook different fish and pink salmon, and mackerel and hake.

I buy everything in advance and freeze, and at night I put in the fridge to defrost.
Steps.
My fish and chicken, wipe, carve and cut into pieces a la carte. I salt, add the seasonings to taste.
Spread the fish in one container for baking, and a chicken in the other, pour the diluted cream and bake everything in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
While baked fish and chicken, I cook a side dish. Garnish boiled buckwheat, rice and pasta until al dente state.

Potatoes for dinner do not cook, but a bag of frozen beans, cabbage or asparagus can boil.
