Fried bananas in batter

I offer you a simple dessert of bananas. These fruits - a real super-star in the fruit world.

So why not cook them something special? Perhaps someone may seem too unusual - fry exotic fruit in the batter, but you will be surprised after the first tasting, that before did not do so.

Let's get started.

Ingredients:

1 kg of bananas
1 egg
1 tbsp. l. flour with a slide
1 h. l. vanilla sugar
1 tbsp. l. starch
1 tbsp. l. Sahara
oil for frying
powdered sugar for feeding

Preparation:

1. For frying are best suited green bananas. Also, small bananas are considered more delicious on a hot, than larger ones.

Dense brush bananas peeled and cut into thick slices or chunks.

You can simply cut each banana on 3-5 parts.

2. Beat the egg with the vanilla sugar and the usual. To enhance the flavor recommend adding a pinch of salt.

3. Pour the flour to the eggs, whisking whisk or fork. Knead the batter-batter.

4. Pour into a saucepan vegetable oil. It should be a lot to banana donuts float freely and cook evenly. Approximately 1-1.5 cm oil on the bottom of the pan will be fine.

5. Banana slices to impale on a fork or a toothpick and dip into batter. Then reset quickly in boiling oil. It should sizzle immediately and begin to fry plantains.

6. Fry Batter bananas in 3 minutes, then turned over and another couple of minutes to hold a saucepan.

7. Then a skimmer to remove beads on a paper towel or cloth to absorb excess oil.

8. Put bananas in batter on a serving dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
