Jellied turkey and chicken

Ingredients: chicken leg, turkey fillet from the thigh, water, salt, carrot, turnip onion, pepper, gelatin, bay leaf

Cooking method:

I cut the leg into 2 parts, the turkey into pieces and fill it with water, set it to cook. Boil, remove the foam, salt, reduce the heat and boil. After about 1 hour I add onion and carrots to the broth for taste and color. In total, I probably cook for about 2 hours, at least, pepper to taste and desire.

When the chicken is lagging behind the bone, I turn off the heat, I take out the chicken and turkey from the broth. I cut the meat with a knife into small pieces, fibers. I put them in shapes, containers. Strain the broth, dilute the gelatin according to the instructions on the package, add to the broth, mix. I fill the chopped meat with strained broth with gelatin.

I leave it at room temperature overnight, and in the morning I put the frozen aspic in the refrigerator. Perfectly then transferred from plastic containers to other dishes when serving. And it is convenient to store in the refrigerator, put the containers on top of each other and order! I draw a knife around the edges, turn it over and it jumps out by itself!
