Baked potatoes stuffed with broccoli soufflé

Ingredients: large potatoes, vegetable oil, For the filling: broccoli inflorescences, celery, green onions, mayonnaise or sour cream, grated cheese, egg, ground black pepper, king prawns or langoustines, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic

Cooking method:

Rinse the potatoes thoroughly with a brush, rub with vegetable oil, wrap in foil and bake in the oven until tender, about 40 minutes.

Cut the celery stalk into small pieces and boil together with broccoli inflorescences in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes, then put in a colander, grind with an immersion blender until smooth states.
