The most delicate cake for every day on kefir, such a basic recipe, I added frozen berries, if desired, you can cook with raisins or without additives at all. The pie is delicious on its own.

A simple and tender kefir pie for every day

Ingredients: eggs, kefir 2.5%, flour, sugar, butter, baking powder, frozen berries if desired (I have blackcurrant and shadberry)

Cooking method:

Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add sugar and beat with a mixer until white fluffy foam. Add kefir, melted, but not hot butter, mix and sift flour with baking powder in 2 steps, mix.

You will get a smooth thick dough. Cover a 20 cm form with parchment, pre-soak the parchment in water and wring it out. Wet parchment molds well and is more pliable.

Defrost the berries in advance, put them on paper towels, changing the towels we try to get rid of excess liquid.

Pour more than half of the dough into the mold, spread about half of the berries evenly, cover the berries with the remaining dough and the rest of the berries on top.

Bake 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 50 minutes. Readiness to check with a wooden stick, it should be dry. You can cover the top of the pie at the end of baking with foil if it starts to brown too much. Baking times are approximate, refer to your oven. Such a pie can be prepared at least every day, changing additives. All delicious tea!
