Ingredients: Potato, Bulgarian red pepper, Egg, Flour, Garlic, salt, pepper, Greens, Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method:

We prepare the necessary ingredients. We clean vegetables. Three potatoes on a coarse grater and squeeze lightly with your hands.

We clean the pepper from seeds, three on a coarse grater. Greens finely cut. Add peppers and herbs to the cooked vegetable mixture. Grind the garlic with a knife or a press. Add to vegetable mixture. Mix well with a spoon so that the vegetables are evenly distributed.

Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and put the vegetable mixture into it with a spoon. Fry until golden brown, flip over and fry on the other side. Draniki can be served both hot and cold with sour cream and vegetables. Bon Appetit!
