Recipe of the cutlets simple, but the result will exceed all your expectations. It turns out incredible tasty, households instantly swept away from the table, these fish cakes. We start to cook yummy!

Preparation:

For the fish cakes, baked in the oven, will suit any fish - 1 kg. In my opinion, it tastier obtained from perch, carp and pike.

Fish to clean, remove the bones and missing fillets through a meat grinder. Add half the chopped onions (the other half will be used for the sauce), 200 g of bread without crust, soaked for 1-2 minutes in milk.

We are trying to drive 2 eggs, add 50 g of grated cheese, salt and black pepper - to taste. Forming patties, rolled in flour or bread crumbs and fried in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry lightly on both sides, just 2 minutes on each side.

Shift the cutlets in a baking dish and pour the sauce. Sauce: fry one grated carrots, chopped onion half, add 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 3 tablespoons of cream. Simmer a bit and add 4-5 tablespoons of water or broth. Salt to taste, you can add a pinch of sugar.

Pour each cutlet sauce, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes. It turns out fantastic tasty! Bon Appetit!
