Ingredients: Chicken eggs (medium), Sugar, Wheat flour, Cocoa powder, Starch, Baking powder, Butter, Salt

Cooking method:

We start preparing the dough and break 6 medium chicken eggs into a large bowl, then pour 0.10 teaspoon of salt into it and beat the eggs in a bowl with a mixer until smooth. Pour 150 grams of sugar into a bowl with egg mass in three doses and continue to beat all the ingredients with a mixer until a thick and fluffy white mass is obtained.

We spread 120 grams of wheat flour in a small bowl, then add 1 teaspoon to it baking powder, 1 teaspoon of starch, pour 25 grams of cocoa powder and mix everything well Ingredients. Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl with a liquid base and, keeping airiness, very gently mix the two bases together from the bottom up with a whisk.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until a homogeneous dough is obtained, which is then laid out in a form of suitable diameter greased with a small amount of butter, the bottom of which is covered parchment and let the dough stand for 2 minutes, after which we put the form in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 50-60 minutes, after which we turn off the oven and leave the biscuit in it for 10 minutes.
