Lace pancakes with holes on warm water

You can make pancakes from anything. All comes with experience. I have such beauty even without milk.

Ingredients:

6 eggs
3 hours l. Sahara
0.5 tsp l. salt
2.5 cups flour
3 cups lukewarm, slightly hot water
5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

How to cook:

1. Beat eggs with sugar and salt. Better with a regular whisk, not a mixer or blender.

2. Preheat the water in advance. It should be hot rather than warm.

3. Pour odorless vegetable oil and 1 glass of water into the egg mixture.

4. Now you need to beat the dough with a whisk and vary the thickness of the dough by adding water and adding sifted flour.

Important! More or less of both liquid and flour may go away.

The finished dough should be smooth, not too thin or thick, and easily drain off the ladle. But not like water!

5. We bake pancakes. I use two pans for speed. One of them is pancake, the second is usual - for potatoes and scrambled eggs.

I have long wanted to buy a couple of decent pans for pancakes. I take a closer look at the cast iron ones.
On such a long time ago my grandmother baked pancakes and lush pancakes. They are very good! And cast-iron pans and pancakes from them - lacy, with crispy edges. And how rosy they come out!

I think to buy, for example, these are.

6. First you need to warm up the frying pans for a couple of minutes (I have thin ones with a non-stick coating, do not heat for a long time empty stands - the bottom bends), and then grease with vegetable oil with a silicone brush or a piece of bacon / raw potatoes.

7. Pour the dough into well-heated pans. About a little less than a small ladle.

It is imperative to turn the pan so that the dough spreads evenly and fills the entire bottom. Not too thick and not gripping the sides of the pan too much.

8. Bake such simple pancakes on one side for about 3-4 minutes over medium heat. As the edges are gilded - it's done!

9. As my grandmother taught, I shake the hot pancakes from the pan onto a clean towel. More precisely, on a pillow-base of several kitchen towels.

Some housewives use a newspaper or directly onto a plate / board. But towels are better. More soulful, or something, it turns out.

So they "ripen" and will not break when folded.

10. While still warm, but already cooled down, fold the pancakes in half, and then again in half.
Triangles are obtained. So it is more convenient to take and dip them in sour cream, jam, fermented baked milk, condensed milk or honey.

Here is such a mountain of pancakes on plain water. And you will succeed!
