Ingredients: chicken meat (100 g smoked, 50 g boiled), eggs, a small onion, semi-hard or hard cheese, large prunes, walnuts, mayonnaise, salt
Cooking method:
Finely chop the chicken meat. Boil eggs, cool, chop finely. Cut the onion into small cubes, pour boiling water over for 15 minutes, put on a sieve.
Scald the prunes with boiling water, finely chop 4 pieces, leave one to decorate the salad. Mix the meat with eggs, onions and chopped prunes, add salt, season with mayonnaise, stir.
Place the salad on a flat tiger paw dish. Grate cheese on a fine grater, sprinkle on top.
