Once every two weeks, we conduct a control weigh-in and share the results.

But today the control weighing is also post-New Year's! So we’ll find out who ate a lot of salads with mayonnaise, and cakes, and still can’t stop 😉.

I have been on weight maintenance for over a year and a half now. The weight, which is comfortable for me, keeps around 69 kilograms (+/- 500 g), which suits me perfectly. And it is especially pleasing that for quite a long time I have been able to maintain the result, which was not possible before, jumping on diets. And on New Year's days, my tactic worked: less cooked food - a thinner waist.

The benefits of monitoring nutrition with the help of KBJU counting are:

  • varied food,
  • balanced diet,
  • hearty food, delicious food, favorite foods and no absolute restrictions.

All this 👆 is unlikely to be found on various diets.

Cheese cake for breakfast: 60!!! g soft cottage cheese, egg, 25 g flour, 50 g cheese. Fried on 2 g of vegetable masa over medium heat under a lid on both sides. To the cake - coffee with milk 3.2% (65 g).

In the reminder of recipes today, curd-cherry pita tubes and lazy cottage cheese dumplings with cherries:

My snack consisted of 220 g of yogurt and 250 g of tangerines, which I didn’t eat right away. Eat them slowly all day at work.

Snack on 240 kcal.

At lunch, she finished pickle (450 g) with 30 g of sour cream 15% and 40 g of bread - 295 kcal.

And for dinner, I fried saffron cod in a small amount of oil and made a vinaigrette. Dinner: 200 g of saffron cod and 280 g of vinaigrette, which was seasoned with 10 g of fragrant sunflower oil - 485 kcal.

A couple of hours before bedtime, I ate yogurt without additives (150 g) - 115 kcal.

Total calorie content of the day: 1585 kcal. B - 94, F - 71, U - 142.

Eating ordinary foods, without cutting back on the nutrients the body needs (fats, carbohydrates, etc.) more proteins), without an absolute rejection of your favorite foods - you can maintain a comfortable weight and even slim down.

Because the result in losing weight depends only on the presence of a calorie deficit, and health, comfort, satiety and body quality depend on a balanced diet.

Admit it, who is smart and returned his result in the two weeks that have passed since the meeting of the new year and improved it, and who does not gather his willpower in any way?
