- champignons (large or medium) - 1 kg
- butter - 70 g
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
- dried garlic - 1 tsp l.

- parsley - a small bunch
Step by step recipe
1. Let's prepare the dressing first.
In 70 g of melted butter, pour a teaspoon with a small slide of salt and 1 tsp. l. dried garlic. You can also use crushed garlic. We mix everything.
2. Pour 1 kg of already well-washed mushrooms into a large bowl.
Drizzle the prepared dressing over the mushrooms. We mix everything with our hands, as this is the most convenient. Each mushroom should be evenly covered with dressing.
Mushrooms for this appetizer are best taken to take a medium or large size.
3. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil. You can also cook mushrooms immediately on a baking sheet from the oven, but it also needs to be greased with oil.
We put the prepared champignons in the form with a hat down.
One kg of champignons did not fit in my large form and I used another smaller form.
4. We put everything in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. up+down mode.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes. In the process of baking, I once rearranged the forms in places.
5. Chop up a small bunch of parsley. Decorate the finished mushrooms with chopped greens.
Top everything with a little lemon juice.
