I only cook healthy food! Hello everyone. I want to share a salad recipe for the holidays! I also prepare such a salad for our table, it turns out very tasty, but of course I add mayonnaise to us, but my son is not allowed. I'm a little late typing, there are still many holidays ahead. I cooked this salad for the "Old New Year". A child who is on a diet does not need much, it is important for him to just be like you, in everything and of course the tin is also what you eat. Therefore, I try, it doesn’t always work out, but I try to make similar dishes for us. You can always come up with something in return if you cannot cook what you eat yourself. You can ask him if he wants to eat, for example, there is always an alternative. Do not injure your children with constant yelling and prohibitions. Yes, it’s hard, I myself know, sometimes it’s impossible to calmly respond to his constant requests for food... I sometimes switch to something different and interesting. When a child is busy with something, he forgets about constant hunger. Now back to our recipe.
Ingredients: liver, potatoes, eggs, salt, greens for decoration
Cooking method:
Wash the liver and put it in a saucepan with water, put it on a big fire, when it boils, remove the foam, reduce the gas and salt. Cook the liver for 30 minutes. When cooked, take out on a plate and wait for it to cool.
We also need to boil potatoes and eggs, wash potatoes and eggs, put them in a saucepan with water and put on a big fire, wait for it to boil. After boiling, reduce the fire. Boil eggs for 5-7 minutes. take out and chill. Cook the potatoes for 20 minutes, check the readiness with a fork, if it is pierced freely, then the potatoes are cooked, you can pour out the water and cool it.
When everything cools down, eggs and potatoes should be peeled. We cut the liver, eggs, potatoes into strips (this time I cut the potatoes into cubes, as it suits you), put everything in a cup, salt and mix. You can add greens, but it needs to be lightly baked in the oven. Fresh is not allowed! Bon Appetit!!!
