Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer, 5-6 millimeters thick. If necessary, trim the edges.

Transfer the sheet with the rolled out dough to a baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with the sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Bake cookies in an oven well preheated to 180 ° C - 15-20 minutes (baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven).
