Ingredients: 9% cottage cheese (2 packs), Egg, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, wheat flour, dried apricots, sunflower oil
Cooking method:
We send cottage cheese, egg, icing sugar, flour and vanilla sugar into a bowl, knead thoroughly by hand. Cut the dried apricots into small cubes and add to the dough, mix.
Sprinkle a couple of tablespoons of flour on the board. Lightly wet your hands and with the help of a tablespoon form balls and put them on the flour for breading, roll and then with the help of a knife we form a cutlet, for this you just need to crush the ball with a knife and you get the perfect shape cheesecake.
We heat the pan, pour oil into it, let it warm up and lay out the cheesecakes, fry for 4 minutes from each sides, the first two minutes on high heat, then reduce the heat so that the cheesecakes do not burn on top, but at the same time they are fried inside. Serve hot with sour cream, jam or condensed milk according to your preference. I also added raspberries and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Bon Appetit!
