Cooking method:

For dough, add yeast, sugar and flour to warm milk. We mix everything. We get the consistency of liquid sour cream. Cover with a plate and leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.

In a separate bowl, combine warm milk, egg, sugar, vanillin and dough, mix everything.

Add sunflower oil and knead the dough for 5 minutes. The dough will stick to your hands, but do not add more flour.

Cover with bag and towel. We send it to a warm place (I put it in the switched off oven and a glass of boiled water nearby) for 1 or an hour and a half. The dough should increase in volume by 2-3 times. It is necessary. This step cannot be skipped.

We cover the baking sheet with parchment paper.

After a while, the dough has increased, lightly knead it.

Lightly dust the table with flour (do not use too much) and lay out the dough. Roll it out into a thin layer. We cut the edges with a curly knife.

We apply Nutella and wrap the dough into a roll, as shown in the video. We carefully fix the edges.

Put on a baking sheet and cover with a towel. Leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes, brush the bun with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. We send it to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Until golden.
