Cooking method:

Butter must be melted (in any way convenient for you) and cooled slightly. Pour warm milk into a deep bowl for kneading dough, add 100 grams of melted butter, salt, granulated sugar and dry yeast. Mix everything well with a whisk and pour in parts of the sifted wheat flour. Knead the dough: it should turn out elastic and not stick to your hands. We round the dough, put it in a bag and leave it to lie down: 20 minutes at room temperature. themselves at this time.

Let's do the stuffing. A bunch of greens (I have green onions along with dill) are washed, dried and finely chopped with a knife. Grate a piece of hard cheese on a coarse grater and transfer to a bowl. Add the garlic passed through the press to the cheese (you can also grate it on a fine grater).

We mix everything well. The dough, which has already lain down for 20 minutes, is rolled out into one thin layer and generously greased with melted butter. oil (we use a silicone brush). Sprinkle the whole dough first with herbs, and then with cheese, with cottage cheese mixed with garlic.

We turn the dough into a tight roll and pinch the edges. Cut the roll into pieces, about 2-3 cm thick. Grease a baking sheet with butter and lay the blanks on it, cut up. Put one chicken yolk in a bowl, add a little milk and mix with a fork. Lubricate the curls from above and from the sides with the resulting mixture, using a silicone brush. We send the baking sheet with the blanks to the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 20-25 minutes.
