Today I want to invite you to prepare a dessert in the form of a cake, which is prepared without baking.
The dessert is delicious and has a rich chocolate flavor.
Prepares quickly and easily. We just mixed everything up and let it stabilize.

Let's cook
- put 400 grams of naturally thick yogurt without additives in a bowl. If desired, yogurt can be replaced with non-fat sour cream
- add 40 grams or 4 tbsp. spoons without topped sifted cocoa
- 250 grams of condensed milk
Stir until smooth.
- add 180 grams of instant oatmeal. I have cereals that are brewed in 1 minute
- add 120 grams of chopped roasted peanuts. Peanuts can be substituted with any nuts you like
Stir until smooth.
At first, the mass is not thick, we leave it on the table for 15-20 minutes so that the oatmeal swells.
In the recipe I use Schogetten chocolateDark dark portioned
- melt in a microwave oven or in a water bath 180 grams of dark chocolate with a cocoa content of 50%
- add melted chocolate to the prepared mass
Stir until smooth and the chocolate mass is ready.
- for the interlayer, I use 100 grams of frozen cherries. Cherries are pitted and do not need to be defrosted in advance
Place the mold and the acetate film on the plate.
- we divide the chocolate mass visually into 3 parts. Put 1/3 of the chocolate mass into a mold and smooth it
- put half of the frozen cherries on the chocolate mass. Instead of frozen, you can use fresh cherries.
- cover the cherries with 1/3 of the chocolate mass
- lay out the remaining cherries. Do not put cherries close to the mold, put them so that they can be completely covered with chocolate mass
- put the remaining chocolate mass on the cherry and level
Putting the cake in the fridge and preparing the icing
Pour into a saucepan
- 20 grams or 2 tbsp. cocoa spoons
- 70 grams or 3.5 tbsp. tablespoons without top sugar
Stir until smooth.
- add 100 grams of thick natural yogurt. Optionally, yogurt can be replaced with sour cream
Stir until smooth.
- put to cook on the stove. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- bring to a boil, and boil the mass over low heat for about half a minute
- remove from heat and add 50 grams of butter to the hot mass, for convenience I cut it into pieces
Stir until smooth.
- postpone about 2 tbsp. spoons of icing, with this icing we will coat the side of the cake
- fill the cake with the remaining icing
- if there are small air bubbles on the glaze surface, they can be carefully pierced with a wooden stick
We cover the cake with cling film and put it in the refrigerator to stabilize and cool for 2-3 hours, you can cook the cake in the evening and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
Free the chilled cake from the form and the film.
- with deferred icing, coat the side of the cake
- top, along the edge, I sprinkle the cake with chocolate chips
The cake is ready and ready to be served.
The cake has a rich chocolate-nut flavor and a pleasant slight sourness from cherries. The oatmeal is not felt at all.
