Who for the first time on my channel?
Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 46 kg.

Oh, and the hot Springtime in the middle of the week in Moscow and Moscow region.

I remember myself a year ago, when my weight was 132.2 kg!!! (Yes this was, but today I already imagine such terrible).

So, a year ago, the 30 degree heat was terrible for me, I'm dying, and sweating, it was hard to move around and swollen feet instantly. I think the swelling down in the heat of the night and did not leave, they just always have been. This is not life - it is life.

Currently, I also can not be attributed to Thumbelina. Weight 86 kg did not quite small. But! I do not suffer from the heat, and I sit on the bike and pedaling food. I forgot about the swelling of the legs (thanks to the norm of water, drink me every day). I'd like more traffic, and do not hide in the shade or under the air conditioner, and to me no one touched.

Why did I keep thinking and writing now, although I was not very nice to remember my status a year ago?

And I write it now so perhaps someone looks at himself and think.

Well, my day began here with this breakfast sandwiches on whole grain bread (55 g) with low-fat cheese (30 grams) and fish paste (40g). All this under the green tea with jasmine, my favorite!

A little later, I finished my tea and ate 120 g of cottage cheese and apple strudel.

And, of course, I did not forget to take vitamins at breakfast.

Breakfast I have turned out quite nutritious - 470 kcal. But I was and counted. Since going to devote a couple of hours in the morning bike ride. After yesterday's walking I decided to rotate the pedals.

And you want to share with you a new nature that surrounds me.

I clocked the pedals 14 km and returned home. Just now coming to dinner.

For lunch quickly cooked bulgur whole pan with vegetables. Yummy!

Plus not photographed chocolate 75% (20 g), which took to eat with tea at work - 110 kcal.

Just happened to lunch with chocolate 390 kcal.

After dinner, the evening work at the computer. Nothing interesting).

Oh, and the whole day I measured myself rye bran (30 g) - 80 kcal. Required water to bran.

For dinner I tomato salad (120 g), cucumber (110 g), Chinese cabbage (30 g), 40 g of seasoned soft cheese and chicken breast, non-stick frying pan fried (150 g).

Total dinner turned 320 kcal.

Soft cheese, remaining after filling salad finished her hour for 3 to sleep.

By the way, about the chicken breast. I used to practice - nazharivayu on elektrogrile or just non-stick frying pan breast and put away in the fridge in a container. And some days, you can safely and easily get to warm up to garnish, or added to salads, or make shawarma, pizza... yes anything at that fancy enough.

Total for the day came in 1260 kcal.

Drank normal water (30 ml per kg body weight), did not forget about skin care.

And in the evening still managed to walk a bit.
