Ingredients: - chicken breast fried in a pan (or boiled), - Korean-style carrots, - fresh champignons (volume will decrease after frying), - cheese, - eggs boiled, - onion, Mayonnaise, Vegetable oil + spices (if you fry chicken), - butter (for frying mushrooms), For marinade:, - vinegar 9%, - water, - sugar
Cooking method:
Prepare the ingredients: Marinate the chicken fillet in spices (salt, pepper, dried garlic) and fry in a pan, you can also just boil the breast. Mushrooms cut into small sticks and fry in butter.
Cut the onion into half rings, pour the marinade over, set aside to marinate a little.
Finely chop the chicken breast, put the first layer in a salad bowl, grease with mayonnaise.
Put the pickled onions in the next layer.
