It turns out lush, tasty, like lazy pies with onions and eggs

Pancakes with baked chicken breast

Ingredients: kefir, eggs, salt, sugar, soda, flour, For filling, baked chicken (or boiled), green onions, boiled eggs

Cooking method:

Prepare the dough for pancakes, for this, in a bowl, mix the eggs, salt and sugar with a whisk. Then add kefir at room temperature and mix well. Sift flour into this mixture, it will take a little more or less, you will need to look at the consistency, we will determine this a little later. At the end, add soda, mix and set the dough aside.

Now let's prepare the filling, for this you need a pre-baked chicken breast or you can boil it in salted water and leave it to cool in the same broth, so it will not be dry. We cut the baked chicken fillet into cubes, cut the eggs and green onions into cubes, mix everything, you can pepper and salt a little to taste.

Now add the filling to the dough and mix, now we look at the consistency, it should not be too liquid, I needed a little more flour, mix and you can bake in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil, fry on both sides until readiness.

We spread the pancakes on a plate with a paper towel to remove excess oil, serve with sour cream. Bon Appetit!
