Ingredients: GELATIN BROTH:, gelatin, water, chicken stock, salt, ground black pepper, BEET BASE:, boiled beets (small), walnuts nuts, garlic, canned green peas, dill (optional), DECORATION:, boiled beetroot rose (recipe for cooking method), herbs dill

Cooking method:

GELATIN BROTH: Soak gelatin in water. When it swells, melt on the stove over low heat, stirring, not boiling, or heat in the microwave in small pulses (10 seconds each). Add gelatin to chicken broth, pepper, salt, and strain through a sieve before use.

BEET BASE: Grate the beets. Mince the garlic. Finely chop the nuts. Dill, finely chopped. You can add green peas, but if you don’t add it to the base, then add it to the bottom or top layer of the aspic. Mix. BEET-GELATIN MASS: Mix part of the gelatin broth with the beetroot base until semi-liquid.

LAYER 1 (it is not necessary): Pour gelatin broth into the bottom of the mold with a small layer (1-1.5 cm), adding a little green peas to it. Cool down.

LAYER 2: Fill 2/3 of the form with beet-gelatin mass, cool.

3 LAYER: Pour gelatin broth to the top of the mold. If peas were not added to the bottom, then you can sprinkle it along the contour of the form in this layer. Again in the cold.

Let's make a rose.

Garnish with a beetroot rose and dill sprigs.
