Pleasant, very tasty, hearty, warming, winter soup.
Ingredients: water, salmon fillet, melted cheese, potatoes, rice, onions, carrots, garlic, bay leaves, seasoning for fish. or other favorite seasoning, paprika, vegetable oil

Watch the video here Cut the onion and carrot into small cubes, potatoes into medium cubes, remove the bones from the salmon, if any, cut into large cubes.
In a large cauldron or saucepan, fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil for 5 minutes, add chopped potatoes, washed rice, salt, add paprika, fry everything together for 2-3 minutes, pour boiling water over it, cover with a lid, let it boil, reduce heat to medium and cook 15 minutes.
Add salmon, melted cheese, bay leaf, seasoning for fish, add salt to taste, if necessary, cover with a lid, bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook for another 10 minutes.
Pull out 2 teeth. garlic, add dried herbs to taste, I have parsley, mix, hold for a couple more minutes on the stove and the soup is ready. Bon Appetit!
