Ingredients: pitted chicken thighs, onion, caper pulp, black olive pulp, sun-dried tomato halves, salt, chicken spices, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese (or other)
Cooking method:
Free the flesh of the chicken thighs from the bones. Salt and season to taste with your favorite chicken spices. Leave for 15-20 minutes.
Cut the onion into half rings and put in an even layer in a baking dish. Top with randomly chopped, sun-dried tomatoes. On sun-dried tomatoes chicken. You can pour a little oil from the tomato on top.
Distribute the capers and olives evenly. Cover the pan with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about one hour. Focus on your oven. The meat must be fully cooked.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and arrange on top of the meat. Sprinkle with cheese, grated or finely chopped. Bake for 10 more minutes until cheese is melted and browned.
I got a beautiful melting😆, but I left the mold in the oven, and although I turned it off, the cheese still reddened! 😂 But it turned out even tastier, with a crispy crust!
