So it's time to share with you retseptikom beloved to me, and not only me, but my home is not losing weight salad!
A recipe is simple enough.
We need:
- boiled chicken breast (about 400g boiled)
- canned red kidney beans - 1 jar,
- carrots in Korean (200 g)
- pickles (200 g)
- 5-7 cloves of garlic,
- medium onion,
- favorite greens.
Preparation.
Boiled chicken breast, marinated cucumbers cut into cubes, grind the garlic and onions.
In a bowl to the above ingredients, add the carrots in Korean and beans.
Our salad is almost ready! You can remove the container in the refrigerator to soak all the juices.
To fill the salad portions. UNITY - sour cream / yogurt / soft cheese mixed with mustard, a drop of lemon juice.
Do not forget to add pepper and salt to taste and sprinkle with filing your favorite greens.
