Ingredients: chicken fillet, oat bran, grated canned tomatoes in their own juice (they should not be very liquid), mozzarella cheese, olive oil, salt, spices

Cooking method:

Divide the chicken fillet into plates, salt and add your favorite spices.

Pour oat bran into a bowl and roll the fillet in them on both sides.

Put the chicken fillet in a baking dish lined with parchment paper and send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° for 10 minutes.

Add olive oil to tomatoes and salt to taste.

As soon as the chops are browned - turn them over to the other side and bake for another 8-10 minutes.

Then we spread the tomato base on the chops and send it to the oven for another 8 minutes.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake for a few minutes until it melts.
