I have not eaten more delicious cucumbers! Very tasty, crispy, well, just a miracle! I learned the recipe last year, and rolled up a few cans. But this year I will do a lot at once, very tasty!

Ingredients:

cucumbers
dill
garlic
salt

We need two types of cucumbers: 700-800 grams, which we will put in jars as a whole. For this we take small even cucumbers. And we will need about 1 kg more cucumbers, from which we will make our "own juice". Oversized cucumbers, irregularly shaped cucumbers (all sorts of "squiggles", etc.) are perfect for this. By the way, I also like this recipe because you can attach all the cucumbers.

So, we rub 1 kg of cucumbers on a coarse grater. Add 10-12 cloves of garlic to them. We rub it on a fine grater, or chop it with a knife, or squeeze it out through a press - no difference. Add salt - 2 tablespoons and mix everything.

Well, now you actually need to put everything in sterilized jars. For the specified amount of ingredients, you will need two 1 liter cans.

Put dill at the bottom of each jar, then put whole cucumbers, shifting them with a mass of grated cucumbers. As soon as you fill the jars, top up the cucumber juice from the grated cucumbers.

Please note: whole cucumbers must be completely covered with "their own juice", if the tip of the cucumber sticks out, then it is better to take another cucumber or shift / tamp in a different way.

We close the jars with nylon lids, which must be lubricated from the inside with mustard - then nothing will become moldy and will not deteriorate.

We immediately put the bonocks in the refrigerator, cucumbers in their own juice are perfectly stored all winter, do not spoil. Bon appetit, dear friends!
