Ingredients:

  • egg - 1 pc.
  • boiled buckwheat - 30 g
  • tomato - 1/2 pc.
  • cheese - 20 g
  • parsley
  • salt - to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste

Step by step cooking recipe:

  1. Put boiled buckwheat in a bowl, break 1 egg and pour grated cheese. Salt a little and pepper with black ground pepper. Mix everything with a fork until smooth.
  2. On a preheated pan, slightly greased with vegetable oil, spread the prepared mixture and distribute it over the pan. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. While the pancake is cooking, cut half the tomato into slices and chop a small bunch of parsley.
    When the pancake is cooked, put chopped tomato on one side and sprinkle with parsley. Cover with the other half of the pancake. Breakfast is ready.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • sausage - 50 g
  • cheese - 50 g
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.

  • salt - to taste

Step by step cooking recipe:

  1. We cut two small potatoes into slices, cut the sausage into slices, three cheese on a coarse grater. We break three eggs into a bowl, add a little salt, pepper to taste and beat everything with a fork until smooth.
  2. Put the potato slices in a preheated frying pan greased with vegetable oil and fry them on one side until light golden. Then turn over to the other side and immediately fill the potatoes with already prepared eggs. Put sausage slices on top of the eggs and sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
  3. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat until done.
  4. Breakfast with potatoes, eggs and sausage turned out to be hearty and very tasty.

Omelet in the oven

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 6 pcs.
  • milk - 300 ml
  • salt - 1/2 tsp. l.
  • butter - 10 g (for greasing the mold)

Step by step cooking recipe:

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl and pour in the milk. Here we pour half a teaspoon of salt. Mix everything with a whisk until smooth. Please note that you need to mix, not beat.
  2. Grease the baking dish well with butter from the bottom and sides. To ensure that the omelet always turns out tall, bake it in a small baking dish. I took a form measuring 24 by 10 cm.
    Pour the prepared egg-milk mixture into a baking dish.
  3. We put everything in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake exactly 30 minutes.
  4. Ready, still hot, cut the omelet into portions and serve. Omelette from the oven turned out lush, beautiful and very tasty.

Breakfast with lavash

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • thin pita bread - 1 pc.
  • cottage cheese - 100 g
  • cheese - 50 g
  • parsley - bunch
  • salt - to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste

Step by step cooking recipe:

  1. Cut the cheese into cubes and put it in the chopper bowl. Add cottage cheese to this and break 2 eggs. Salt the filling to taste and pepper. We grind everything until smooth.
  2. We take one sheet of thin pita bread and put it in a cold frying pan. We press the pita bread to the bottom of the pan, and leave the edges to hang down. Pour the prepared mixture of eggs and cheese into the center of the pita bread, add the chopped parsley. We cover the filling with the free edges of the pita bread so that a cake is obtained.
  3. Place the pan on the stove and cover with a lid. We cook pita bread with filling over medium heat for about 8 minutes on one side. Then turn the pita bread over to the other side and cook under the lid for another 8 minutes. If desired, you can add a little vegetable oil to the pan, then the pita bread will turn out to be more fried and crispy.

  2. While the potatoes are fried, chop a small bunch of dill, three cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. The potatoes are already fried, break 2 eggs into it, salt and pepper everything. Put cottage cheese on top of the eggs and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  4. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat until the eggs are cooked.
  5. Transfer the prepared breakfast to a plate, sprinkle with chopped dill and serve.

Ingredients:

  • milk - 1 l
  • semolina - 6 tbsp. l.
  • sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
  • butter - 20 g
  • salt - 1 pinch

Step by step cooking recipe:

  1. Immediately pour one glass of milk, it should remain cold. Pour the remaining 800 ml of milk into a saucepan and put on fire. As soon as the milk boils, reduce the heat to a minimum.
  2. So that there are no lumps in the semolina, pour the semolina with the remaining glass of cold milk, immediately mix with a spoon until smooth and pour into the already boiled milk. Mix everything with a spoon until the porridge boils again.
  3. After boiling, cook the porridge for about 4-5 minutes. At the end of cooking, add a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp. l. sugar and remove the porridge from the heat.
  4. Delicious semolina is ready. Serve it hot on the table, putting a small piece of butter on a plate.
