Inexpensive and tasty appetizer for New Year or any other holiday. It is impossible to resist such a yummy! Rolls obtained unreal tasty, juicy, and I want to eat! Here is the prescription
Preparation:
3 mackerel cut on the abdomen and spine and separate the loin. Remove the bones and the backbone. We got 2 pieces with each of mackerel. Salt, pepper rub, you can sprinkle with lemon juice, if you like, and leave.
Let us now the stuffing. In a frying pan with vegetable oil fry 1 onion, cut it into half rings, one pepper, chopped straw and one small carrots, also shredded into strips. We put a couple of cloves of garlic and a bit of dill. Add salt to taste. Fry the vegetables until tender.
Now, by a wide margin mackerel fillets put 1 tablespoon of vegetable toppings and turn rolls. Stabs with a toothpick. Spread the rolls on baking (baking blanketed paper) in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Before serving, remove the toothpicks. Rolls can be served as a separate dish hot and cold as a snack can be - and so, and so delicious! Bon appetite!
