The other day I cooked vegetable caviar from zapechnyh vegetables.
It's perfect on sandwiches! Very tasty and healthy, but also fits perfectly into any KBZHU.
Let's try to prepare and probably have a lot of fans among such snacks.
I needed for a vegetable caviar (grams indicated for those it considers KBZHU):
- 3 zucchini pieces - I got to 960 g,
- eggplant one - 220 g,
- Tomato pieces plum 5 - 290 g,
- sweet pepper ground 6 sht- 350g,
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves,
- salt, black pepper to taste.
Preparation - simply nowhere.
Wash vegetables.
I sliced zucchini and eggplant slices, peel and cut the peppers in half and sent all the vegetables in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees in the package for baking.
Then turn off the oven and leave to cool it while doing other things.
If you do not have other things to do, then let her bed to cool the vegetables to make it more comfortable to work with them further.
With tomato and sweet pepper remove skins - have finished it is removed very well.
And all the vegetables add up to the mixer.
I pre-garlic rub on a fine grater, and also sent to the mixer.
All good interrupting mixer.
Podsolit and pepper to taste should be.
Be sure to try, whether you enough spices.
I left a plate of food and closed two jars (sterilized them). Jars with vegetable caviar removed in a refrigerator.
