I love culinary adventures. Moreover, my kitchen - most often, a solid impromptu. We take what is in the refrigerator and try to concoct something tasty out of it all. Most of the time it works! And here is one of those impromptu recipes. Of the cereals in the stash, only buckwheat remained, of the meat - pork cheek, and the vegetables, if I had not cooked them, would have begun to deteriorate. In fact, that's how the idea was born.
Ingredients: buckwheat, pork cheeks. Can be replaced with bacon or fatty meat, small zucchini, large bell peppers, small tomatoes, Salt, pepper
Cooking method:
We cook buckwheat. It's simple. For a glass of cereal, two glasses of water, bring to a boil, and immediately, on the slowest fire. And let it stand until ready!
In the meantime, heat the pan, cut the pork cheek into thin slices and fry. As soon as the melted fat appears, we throw chopped zucchini into the pan.
We cut the pepper into thin strips, the tomatoes haphazardly, remove the pork from the pan and throw in the vegetables. Sprinkle with a mixture of peppers and fry for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Put everything on a plate and enjoy!
