Cooking method:
We cook rice. Put the rice in a saucepan, fill with water. When it boils, cover with a lid, put on a minimum fire and cook for 10-15 minutes, until the moisture has completely evaporated (beckoned in a pressure cooker, it took me 5 minutes, but for a pressure cooker). We do not open the rice, but remove it from the heat and leave it under the lid for 10-15 minutes.
While we cook the rice, prepare the dressing for it. Pour sugar and salt into rice vinegar. We put on a slow fire and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour this dressing over hot rice, after it is infused and mix well.
For the "hat", finely mode crab sticks, add sauces, pasta, mayonnaise, grated garlic and grated cheese, mix well. We spread the mass in a pastry bag.
